राजा अविक्षित् मन, वाणी, क्रिया, इन्द्रियसंयम और मनोनिग्रहके द्वारा प्रजाजनोंका चित्त संतुष्ट किये रहते थे
rājā avikṣit manasā vācā kriyayā indriya-saṃyamena ca mano-nigraheṇa prajājanānāṃ cittaṃ santuṣṭaṃ kurvan nityaṃ tiṣṭhati sma
毗耶娑说：阿毗克希特王以自律之心、真实而有度之言、正当之行、制御诸根与坚固的内在自制来治国，使臣民之心恒常安悦满足。
