Adhvaryu–Yati Dialogue on Svabhāva, Ahiṃsā, and Mokṣa
तमध्वर्यु: प्रत्युवाच नायं छागो विनश्यति । श्रेयसा योक्ष्यते जन्तुर्यदि श्रुतिरियं तथा
tam adhvaryuḥ pratyuvāca: nāyaṃ chāgo vinaśyati | śreyasā yokṣyate jantur yadi śrutir iyaṃ tathā ||
阿德瓦律祭官答道：“此羊并非毁灭。若吠陀圣传（śruti）所言‘牺牲之兽被牵引而行’确为真实，则此有情将被引向更高之善。”
