Mokṣa-dharma Yoga-Upadeśa: Equanimity, Sense-Restraint, and Vision of the Ātman (आत्मदर्शन-योगोपदेशः)

हेतुमच्चैतदुद्दिष्टमुपाया श्वास्य साधने । सिद्धि फलं च मोक्षश्न दुःखस्य च विनिर्णय:

hetumac caitad uddiṣṭam upāyāḥ śvāsya sādhane | siddhi-phalaṃ ca mokṣaś ca duḥkhasya ca vinirṇayaḥ ||

风神(Vāyu)说道:“我已以明晰的理路宣说此解脱之法(mokṣa-dharma)。我也阐明了成就它的实际方法,并为你判定了成就之相与其果——解脱本身——以及苦的真实体性。”
