कुन्त्याः वनगमननिश्चयः — Kuntī’s Resolve to Depart for the Forest
माद्रीपुत्रावपि तथा हयारोहौ सुसंवृतौ । जग्मतु: शीघ्रगमनौ संनद्धकवचध्वजौ
mādrīputrāv api tathā hayārohāḥ susaṃvṛtāḥ | jagmatuḥ śīghragamanau saṃnaddhakavacadhvajau ||
毗湿摩波耶那说道:摩德丽的两位儿子亦然——那俱罗与娑诃提婆——骑乘骏马,周遭又有骑兵紧密护卫,疾驰而行。他们全副武装,甲胄系于身,旌旗牢缚于马背之上。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even in transitional phases of life and polity, dharma expresses itself as disciplined preparedness: the princes move with proper protection and order, showing responsibility toward their role and those who depend on them.
Vaiśampāyana describes Nakula and Sahadeva riding swiftly on horseback, guarded by other cavalry, fully outfitted with armour and with standards fixed to their mounts—depicting an organized, martial procession.
