तस्मात्‌ तडागं कुर्वीत आरामांश्वैव रोपयेत्‌ । यजेच्च विविधैर्यज्जै: सत्यं च सततं वदेत्‌,इसलिये मनुष्यको चाहिये कि वह तालाब खोदाये, बगीचे लगाये, भाँति-भाँतिके यज्ञोंका अनुष्ठान करे तथा सदा सत्य बोले

Transliteration

tasmāt taḍāgaṁ kurvīta ārāmāṁś caiva ropayet | yajec ca vividhair yajñaiḥ satyaṁ ca satataṁ vadet ||

Translation

因此，人应当开凿池塘，栽植可供憩息的林苑与园圃；又当举行种种祭祀，并恒常说真实语。在毗湿摩的伦理训诫中，这些行为把公共福祉、虔敬与个人操守结合起来，成为实践达摩的切实支柱。
