कुशेशयं च देवं त॑ धूयते तस्य किल्बिषम् । जो मनुष्य मन और इन्द्रियोंको संयममें रखते हुए हिरण्यविन्दु तीर्थमें स्नान करके वहाँके प्रमुख देवता भगवान् कुशेशयको प्रणाम करता है, उसके सारे पाप धुल जाते हैं
kuśeśayaṃ ca devaṃ taṃ dhūyate tasya kilbiṣam | yo manuṣyo mana indriyāṇi ca saṃyamya hiraṇyavindu-tīrthe snātvā tatra pradhāna-devatāṃ bhagavantaṃ kuśeśayaṃ praṇamati, tasya sarvāṇi pāpāni dhūyante |
阿阇陀利耶言:“其人之罪得以洗净。凡能摄持其心与诸根,于名为希兰耶温杜(Hiraṇyavindu)之圣地沐浴,并在彼处礼敬主神——福德世尊库舍沙耶(Kuśeśaya)者,其一切罪垢皆得清除。”
अजड्रिय उवाच
Purification is linked to inner discipline and reverence: restraining mind and senses, bathing at a sacred tīrtha, and bowing to its presiding deity are presented as means by which moral taint (kilbiṣa/pāpa) is washed away.
The speaker Ajaḍriya describes the spiritual efficacy of the Hiraṇyavindu pilgrimage site, stating that a person who practices self-control, bathes there, and pays homage to the chief deity Kuśeśaya attains cleansing from sins.
