Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
अत्युक्रान्ताश्व धर्मेषु पाषण्डसमयेषु च । कृशप्राणा: कृशधनास्तेभ्यो दत्त महाफलम्
atyukrāntāśva dharmeṣu pāṣaṇḍa-samayeṣu ca | kṛśa-prāṇāḥ kṛśa-dhanās tebhyo dattaṃ mahā-phalam ||
毗湿摩说：对那些远离邪说与伪道、资财匮乏、因缺食而形体羸弱之人所行的布施，能结极大的福德之果。其义在于：施舍应扶助真正困厄而端正之人，不当资助假借宗教之名的欺诈。
