Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters
मनुष्याणां तु मध्याल्ले प्रदद्यादुपपत्तिभि: । कालहीनं तु यद् दानं तं भागं रक्षसां विदु:
manuṣyāṇāṃ tu madhyālle pradadyādupapattibhiḥ | kālahīnaṃ tu yad dānaṃ taṃ bhāgaṃ rakṣasāṃ viduḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“大王啊，在人间，应于正午以相称而正当的方式施与；但若在不合时宜之时行施，那施物便被视为罗刹（rākṣasa）之分。”
