युधिष्ठिरो महाप्राज्ञो मम पूर्वपितामह: । धर्माणामागमं श्रुत्वा विदित्वा सर्वसंशयान्
yudhiṣṭhiro mahāprājño mama pūrvapitāmahaḥ | dharmāṇām āgamaṃ śrutvā viditvā sarvasaṃśayān |
阇那梅阇耶说道:“尤提希提罗——大智者、我的先祖——听闻了关于法(dharma)的权威阐释,并已了然于心,消除了一切疑惑……”
जनमेजय उवाच
The verse highlights dharma as something to be approached through authoritative instruction (āgama) and careful understanding that dispels doubt; ethical clarity arises from listening, reflection, and certainty about right conduct.
Janamejaya, speaking to the narrator, introduces Yudhiṣṭhira as his eminent ancestor and frames him as one who has heard a comprehensive teaching on dharma and thereby resolved all uncertainties—setting up what Yudhiṣṭhira did or asked next.
