दम्भो हादम्भो वैदम्भो वश्यो वशकर: कलि: । लोककर्ता पशुपतिर्महाकर्ता हनौषध:
vāyudeva uvāca | dambho ’dambho vaidambho vaśyo vaśakaraḥ kaliḥ | lokakartā paśupatiḥ mahākartā anauṣadhaḥ ||
伐由说道：他能镇伏仇敌，却无矜夸；他亲近无伪之人；他甘愿受奉献者之爱所系，亦具摄伏他人之力。他是迦利时代之时间；是诸世界的造作者；是兽主（Paśupati），万类众生之主；是大造化者，铸成诸大元素与一切创造；亦是超越对饮食与药草依赖者。
