The verse teaches contemplation of the Divine through a litany of names that express stability, sovereignty, awe-inspiring power, beneficence, omnipresence, and creatorship—encouraging reverence and ethical alignment with the cosmic source and support of all beings.
Vāyu-deva speaks a hymn-like description, enumerating exalted epithets of the Supreme (with Śiva/Bhava resonances), presenting the deity as the world’s support, the granter of boons, the indwelling Self, and the origin of all existence.
