Transliteration

siddhārthakārī siddhārthaś chandovyākaraṇottaraḥ | siṃhanādaḥ siṃhadamṣṭraḥ siṃhagaḥ siṃhavāhanaḥ ||

Translation

风神伐由说道：“他能成就既定之愿，自身即为确立真理之化身；于吠陀韵律（chandas）与语法之学臻于至高。他如狮般咆哮，具狮之利牙，乘狮而行，以狮为乘具——此等象征宣示不可抗拒的威力，尽用于正法之旨。”
