अत्रिर॒वाच कथं रक्षामि भवतस्ते<ब्रुवंश्वन्द्रमा भव । तिमिरघ्नश्न सविता दस्युहन्ता च नो भव

Transliteration

atrir uvāca: kathaṁ rakṣāmi bhavatas te? bruvan: candramā bhava; timiraghnaś ca savitā, dasyuhantā ca no bhava.

Translation

阿特里说：“我当如何护佑你们？”诸天答道：“化为明月；化为驱散幽冥的太阳；并为我等成为诛灭那些劫掠之敌——如盗匪般的魔类——的杀伐者。”
