दाक्षायण्यास्तथा5<दित्यो मनुरादित्यतस्तथा । मनोश्व वंशज इला सुद्युम्नश्ष भविष्यति
dākṣāyaṇyās tathā adityo manur ādityatas tathā | manoś ca vaṁśajā ilā sudyumnaś ca bhaviṣyati ||
主说道:“由达克沙(Dakṣa)之女阿底提(Aditi),将诞生阿底提耶(Āditya,即太阳)。由阿底提耶将诞生摩奴(Manu)。在摩奴的后裔中,将有一位名为伊罗(Ilā)的女儿,日后将转化为名叫苏底尤姆那(Sudyumna)的儿子。”此段将王族谱系安置于神圣的宇宙秩序之中,昭示血脉乃承载法(dharma)与王权、代代相传之舟。
