The verse underscores Śiva’s cosmic sovereignty: beings of many orders—celestial, guardian, musical, fierce, and spirit-hosts—are harmonized around the divine, suggesting that true greatness integrates diverse powers under a higher sacred order.
Nārada is describing the splendor of Mahādeva’s assembly: it is surrounded by various supernatural hosts and is visually characterized by celestial flowers and an all-pervading divine radiance.
