अर्द्धमानाश्च विबुधा ग्रहेण सुबलीयसा । शिवदत्तवरान्‌ जष्नुरसुरेन्द्रान सुरा भूशम्‌

Transliteration

arddhamānāś ca vibudhā graheṇa subalīyasā | śivadattavarān jaṣṇur asurendrān surā bhūśam ||

Translation

婆苏提婆说道：“当那极其强大的格罗诃开始侵扰诸天时，天神们虽陷困境，仍奋起反击，痛击那些得湿婆赐福的阿修罗诸王。于是双方长期鏖战不息，昭示：纵有神恩护持之力，若用以压迫，终将招致反抗与持久的冲突。”
