Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
न शव्यं द्रष्टमन्येन वर्जयित्वा पिनाकिनम् । सुदर्शनं भवत्येवं भवेनोक्तं तदा तु तत्
na śavyaṁ draṣṭam anyena varjayitvā pinākinam | sudarśanaṁ bhavaty evaṁ bhavenoktaṁ tadā tu tat ||
婆苏提婆说道：“除持毗那迦者（湿婆）外，无人得见此物。其时婆婆（湿婆）宣言：‘令其易见——苏达尔沙那。’自此，此兵便以‘苏达尔沙那’之名传扬于世。”
