मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
देवकार्यपरो निन््यं॑ जुह्मानो जातवेदसम् | पौण्डरीकस्य यज्ञस्य फल प्राप्रोत्यनुत्तमम्
Bhīṣma uvāca | devakāryaparo nityaṁ juhvāno jātavedasam | pauṇḍarīkasya yajñasya phalaṁ prāpnoty anuttamam ||
毗湿摩说道：若有人恒常奉行对诸天应尽之职分，并日日向圣火献供——向阿耆尼、名为“阇多吠陀”（Jātavedas，知一切生起者）献上供物——便得莲华大祭（Pauṇḍarīka）无上之果。此教强调：持久而有纪律的敬奉与事奉，而非徒有排场，方能成就最高的祭祀功德。
