स््नातां चतुर्थे दिवसे रात्रौ गच्छेद् विचक्षण: । पज्चमे दिवसे नारी षछ्ठे-हनि पुमान् भवेत्
snātāṃ caturthe divase rātrau gacched vicakṣaṇaḥ | pañcame divase nārī ṣaṣṭhe ’hani pumān bhavet |
毗湿摩说道：“明达之人，不可在女子经期亲近她，也不可召她前来。待其第四日沐浴之后，方可于夜间亲近。相传第五日受胎则生女，第六日受胎则生男；并且教言：偶数之夜受胎得男，奇数之夜受胎得女。”
