Transliteration

tavaiva karma vihitaṃ bhūtaṃ sarvaṃ carācaram | tvayāpo vihitāḥ pūrvaṃ tvayi sarvam idaṃ jagat |

Translation

曼达帕拉向所礼敬的主宣言：唯有你制定业与命运的秩序；一切动与不动的众生万类，皆由你而生。太初之时，也是你先开显诸水；而这整个宇宙，亦安立于你之中。
