कण्ठात्सोमं तथात्मानं भ्रूमध्यान्मस्तकाद्दिवम् सृष्टैवं संस्थितं साक्षाज् जगत्सर्वं चराचरम्

Transliteration

kaṇṭhātsomaṃ tathātmānaṃ bhrūmadhyānmastakāddivam sṛṣṭaivaṃ saṃsthitaṃ sākṣāj jagatsarvaṃ carācaram

Translation

祂自喉间放出苏摩（Soma），亦放出内在之我（ātman）。又自眉间之隙与头顶之冠，放出天界。由此如是创造并安立，整个宇宙——动与不动——皆直接显现为祂自身的流露与呈现。
