पृथिवीं पादमूलात्तु गुह्यदेशाज्जलं तथा नाभिदेशात् तथा वह्निं हृदयाद्भास्करं तथा

Transliteration

pṛthivīṃ pādamūlāttu guhyadeśājjalaṃ tathā nābhideśāt tathā vahniṃ hṛdayādbhāskaraṃ tathā

Translation

当从足底安置并观想地大；从隐秘之处观想水大；从脐轮之域观想火大；从心中观想太阳之辉光——如是将诸元素之力安置于身，以奉修湿婆之礼。
