Adhyaya 73 — त्रिपुरदाहे ब्रह्मस्तवः
Brahmā’s Hymn in the Context of Tripura’s Burning
प्राणायामैः समायुक्तैः पञ्चभिः सुरपुङ्गवाः चतुर्भिः प्रणवैश्चैव प्राणायामपरायणैः
prāṇāyāmaiḥ samāyuktaiḥ pañcabhiḥ surapuṅgavāḥ caturbhiḥ praṇavaiścaiva prāṇāyāmaparāyaṇaiḥ
噫,诸天之中最胜者,当如法修持五次调御的调息(prāṇāyāma),并复诵四遍普罗那瓦(Oṁ),一心归依于调息之行。由此瑜伽制御,兽缚之魂(paśu)得以精炼,系缚(pāśa)渐弱,堪受主宰帕提(湿婆)恩 grace 之资粮得以增长。
