凭借祂的光芒,水遍布四方,并与流动之风相随——如是神圣者维系宇宙的秩序。又因祂的恩典,乌塔那帕达之子德鲁瓦得获永恒的定住,成为诸世界稳固的极柱。

It frames Shiva as both cosmic sustainer (spreading waters and winds through His power) and the giver of anugraha; Linga worship is presented as turning the pashu toward the Pati whose grace grants stability, protection, and spiritual “fixedness.”
Shiva-tattva is shown as the transcendent Lord who also immanently governs the elements—rays, wind, and water—while bestowing prasada that transforms a bound soul (pashu) into a steadfast, dharma-aligned state.
The key takeaway is devotion leading to prasada (grace): through Shaiva upasana—especially Linga-puja with steadiness and vow-like discipline—one gains dhruvatva (unshakable focus), a hallmark aim in Pashupata-oriented practice.
