एता ह्येवेह नृभिरुपगन्तव्या गतयो यथाकर्मविनिर्मिता यथोपदेशमनुवर्णिता: कामान् कामयमानै: ॥ १४ ॥

Transliteration

etā hy eveha nṛbhir upagantavyā gatayo yathā-karma-vinirmitā yathopadeśam anuvarṇitāḥ kāmān kāmayamānaiḥ.

Translation

大王啊，正如我从灵师处所闻，我已依受缚众生的业行与欲望之果，详述此物质世界的造化。那些充满物欲的众生，随各自业报而在诸行星体系中得种种境遇，并由此居住于此造化之中。
