大王啊,他们以无数天车拥塞长空,怀着至高的虔敬,纷纷降下花雨。
In this verse, the devas—filled with supreme devotion—honor and glorify the Lord’s divine pastime by raining flowers and filling the sky with their vimānas.
Śukadeva is narrating the sacred events of Canto 11 to King Parīkṣit, directly drawing his attention to the extraordinary, devotional celebration occurring in the heavens.
The verse highlights that sincere, supreme devotion expresses itself through honoring the Lord—so one can cultivate bhakti by consciously celebrating and glorifying divine acts through prayer, kīrtana, and reverent remembrance.
