Kali-yuga’s Degradation, the Advent of Kalki, and the Reset of the Yuga Cycle
teṣāṁ prajā-visargaś ca sthaviṣṭhaḥ sambhaviṣyati vāsudeve bhagavati sattva-mūrtau hṛdi sthite
This verse says that when Vāsudeva—the Lord who is the embodiment of pure goodness—is situated in the heart, auspicious results manifest, here described as abundant expansion of progeny.
In describing Kali-yuga’s conditions, Śukadeva also points to the deeper spiritual principle: inner devotion and the Lord’s presence in the heart can generate auspicious strength and continuity even amid decline.
Cultivate remembrance of Kṛṣṇa through nāma-japa, hearing Bhāgavatam, and sāttvika habits; the mind becomes steadier and one’s family and responsibilities can be carried with greater purity and purpose.
