pṛśnigarbhas tu te buddhim ātmānaṁ bhagavān paraḥ krīḍantaṁ pātu govindaḥ śayānaṁ pātu mādhavaḥ
This verse prays that the Lord—terrifying to all harmful grahas and negative influences—protect Kṛṣṇa in every ordinary activity (walking, sitting, eating), showing that divine shelter is the ultimate protection.
In Vraja-līlā, Yaśodā and the gopīs lovingly see Kṛṣṇa as a vulnerable child, so they invoke His divine names as guardians—expressing intimate parental bhakti while the Supreme Lord plays as their son.
Offer your daily routines—going out, sitting to work, eating—as moments of remembrance, asking the Lord to guard your mind and senses from fear and negativity, and to keep your actions aligned with devotion.
