इत्यादिष्टा भगवता गत्वायाचन्त ते तथा । कृताञ्जलिपुटा विप्रान्दण्डवत्पतिता भुवि ॥ ५ ॥
ity ādiṣṭā bhagavatā gatvā yācanta te tathā kṛtāñjali-puṭā viprān daṇḍa-vat patitā bhuvi
奉至上主的吩咐，牧童们前往那里陈情请求。他们在婆罗门面前合掌恳祷，继而五体投地，以示敬礼。
