Brahmā’s Prayers to Lord Kṛṣṇa (Brahmā-stuti) and the Restoration of Vraja’s Lunch Pastime
एतत्ते सर्वमाख्यातं यत् पृष्टोऽहमिह त्वया । तत् कौमारे हरिकृतं पौगण्डे परिकीर्तितम् ॥ ५९ ॥
etat te sarvam ākhyātaṁ yat pṛṣṭo ’ham iha tvayā tat kaumāre hari-kṛtaṁ paugaṇḍe parikīrtitam
因你在此问我,我已将一切尽为你宣说。主哈利在幼年(第五岁)所行之戏,至童年(第六岁)方被传颂称扬。
It states that the narrated events are Lord Hari’s deeds performed in His childhood (kaumāra) and celebrated as He enters boyhood (paugalṇḍa), emphasizing the devotional value of hearing these līlās.
He is concluding a section of narration, affirming that he has answered the king’s inquiry by recounting Kṛṣṇa’s age-specific Vraja pastimes in a complete and orderly way.
By regularly hearing and reflecting on Kṛṣṇa-kathā with faith, one strengthens devotion, steadies the mind, and redirects attention from anxiety toward remembrance of the Lord.
