gṛhītvā mṛga-śāvākṣyāḥ pāṇiṁ markaṭa-locanaḥ pratyutthānābhivādārhe vācāpy akṛta nocitam

Translation

他眼如猿猴，却迎娶了我那双眸如小鹿的女儿。即便我这等应受礼迎之人到来，他也不曾起身相迎，更未以柔和言辞致意。
