Sukta 7
पिता जनितुरुच्छिष्टोऽसोः पौत्रः पितामहः । स क्षियति विश्वस्येशानो वृषा भूम्यामतिघ्न्यः
pitā́ janitúr ucchiṣṭó ’sóḥ páutraḥ pitāmaháḥ | sá kṣíyati víśvasyéśāno vṛ́ṣā bhū́myām atighnyáḥ
Ucchiṣṭa is Father of the Begetter; of Asu he is Grandson and Grandsire. He dwelleth, Lord of all, a Bull upon the earth, inviolable.
乌奇施塔（Ucchiṣṭa）是“生者”（janitṛ）之父；对阿苏（Asu）而言，他既为孙（pautra），亦为祖父（pitāmaha）。他居住着，作为万有之主；如公牛般立于大地之上，不可侵犯（atigḥnya）。
