Sukta 6
úttaraṃ dviṣatáḥ mām ayáṃ maṇíḥ kṛṇotu devá-jāḥ | yásya lokā́ imé tráyaḥ páyo dúgdham upā́sate | sá māyám ádhi rohatú maṇíḥ śráiṣṭhyāya mū́rdhataḥ ||
Higher than the hater let this Jewel, God-born, make me. Whose are these three worlds that wait on him with milk, with draughts well-drawn—let that Jewel mount upon me, Māyā, for supremacy, upon my head.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (variable)
Devata: Maṇi (sovereign amulet-power), implicitly supported by cosmic order (three worlds)
Chandas: Mixed/expanded Anuṣṭubh-like; longer verse with additional pādas (metrical irregularity typical of AV expansions)
{"primary_rasa":"adbhuta","secondary_rasa":"vira","emotional_arc":"Defiance of haters → awe at cosmic tribute → coronation into supremacy.","listener_experience":"Awe and uplift; feeling ‘crowned’ and supported by a larger order.","intensity":7}
