पानसम्पत्संज्ञानाशोऽनुन्मत्तस्योन्मत्तत्वमप्रेतस्य प्रेतत्वं कौपीनदर्शनं श्रुतप्रज्ञाप्राणवित्तमित्रहानिः सद्भिर्वियोगोऽनर्थ्यसम्योगस्तन्त्रीगीतनैपुण्येषु चार्थघ्नेषु प्रसङ्ग इति ॥ कZ_०८.३.६१ ॥

Transliteration

pānasampatsaṃjñānāśo'nunmattasya unmattatvam apretasya pretatvaṃ kaupīnadarśanaṃ śrutaprajñāprāṇavittamitrahāniḥ sadbhir viyogo'narthyasamyogaḥ tantrīgītanaipuṇyeṣu cārthaghneṣu prasaṅga iti

Translation

饮酒之富足/诱惑会带来意识与辨别力的丧失：清醒者似疯，生者如死；暴露于耻辱；丧失学识、判断、生命、财富与朋友；与贤者离散；与无赖为伍；并沉迷于器乐与歌唱等技艺——这些对物质利益有害——此皆为（其）后果。
