दण्डपारुष्याच्च तमेव दोषमन्येभ्यः प्राप्नोति ॥ कZ_०८.३.३६ ॥
Transliteration
daṇḍapāruṣyācca tameva doṣam anyebhyaḥ prāpnoti
Translation
而且由于以暴力惩罚/在强制中施以严酷，他将承担与他加诸他人相同的罪责（即统治者会因自己所惩治的同一罪行而有罪）。
