परशुल्कावरुद्धायां हस्तवधः चतुःशतो वा दण्डः शुल्कदानं च ॥ कZ_०४.१२.०७ ॥

Transliteration

paraśulkāvaruddhāyāṃ hastavadhaḥ catuḥśato vā daṇḍaḥ śulka-dānaṃ ca

Translation

若女子因他人的聘财（śulka）而被“阻拦/扣留”（即已通过śulka与他人订约），则处罚为断手；或罚四百（paṇa），并须另行支付该śulka。
