जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

如果她出身于显贵的社会群体、不愿意，或已育有子女，他应在收取适当的赎金/补偿（niṣkraya）后将她交还。
