परचक्राटवीहृतामोघप्रव्यूढामरण्येषु दुर्भिक्षे वा त्यक्तां प्रेतभावोत्सृष्टां वा परस्त्रियं निस्तारयित्वा यथासंभाषितं समुपभुञ्जीत ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३६ ॥
Transliteration
paracakrāṭavīhṛtām oghapravyūḍhām araṇyeṣu durbhikṣe vā tyaktāṃ pretabhāvotsṛṣṭāṃ vā parastriyaṃ nistārayitvā yathāsaṃbhāṣitaṃ samupabhuñjīta
Translation
救出他人之妻——她或被敌军掳走，或无助地被水流卷走（如洪水/急流），或在森林中或饥荒时被遗弃，或被当作“等同已死”而抛弃——之后，男子只能依双方交谈中所达成的约定与其同居。
