अर्पतीकारे हीनद्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.९.३७ ॥

Transliteration

arpatīkāre hīnadviguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

对未按承诺交付/偿还（应付之物）者，罚金为所欠缺额的两倍。
