नश्यतां सर्वधर्माणां राजा धर्मप्रवर्तकः ॥ कZ_०३.१.३८च्द् ॥

Transliteration

naśyatāṃ sarvadharmāṇāṃ rājā dharmapravartakaḥ

Translation

当一切法（dharma）衰败之时，国王就是使法运转之人（恢复并施行之）。
