युञ्जते मनो ऽनुवाकं जप्त्वा दीर्घायुराप्नुयात् विष्णोरवाटमित्येतत् सर्वबाधाविनाशनं

yuñjate mano 'nuvākaṃ japtvā dīrghāyurāpnuyāt viṣṇoravāṭamityetat sarvabādhāvināśanaṃ

持诵所谓“Mano-’nuvāka”之咒(japa),则得长寿。此以“viṣṇor avāṭam”开头之真言,能摧灭一切灾厄与障碍。
