सप्तधा सप्तपूर्वेण चेत् पादेनोत्तरोत्तरः एकद्वित्रिपदारम्भस्तुल्यः षोढा तदापरं

若按pāda逐句推进,以前一“七重度量”(saptadhā)为准来计数后续各项,则以一pāda、二pāda、三pāda为开端的式样同属一类;其后则当作十六重来计。
