तरलं पयसा युक्तं कार्पासफलपल्ल्वं अपामार्गस्य पुष्पाग्रं नवं समहिषीपयः
taralaṃ payasā yuktaṃ kārpāsaphalapallvaṃ apāmārgasya puṣpāgraṃ navaṃ samahiṣīpayaḥ
以乳调和，使（其制剂）成稀薄之状；加入棉果之植物的嫩芽、apāmārga 之新鲜花尖，并同新鲜水牛乳合用。
