Expiations
शतं शहुनेदिति ख , छ च शतहोमाच्छुचिर्भवेदिति ख , घ , ञ च कृते पापे ऽनुतापो वै यस्य पुंसः प्रजायते प्रायश्चित्तन्तु तस्यैकं हरिसंस्मरणं परं
śataṃ śahunediti kha , cha ca śatahomācchucirbhavediti kha , gha , ña ca kṛte pāpe 'nutāpo vai yasya puṃsaḥ prajāyate prāyaścittantu tasyaikaṃ harisaṃsmaraṇaṃ paraṃ
“(有些传本说)‘应诵持“沙胡那”仪式句一百遍’,(另有传本说)‘以一百次火供则得清净’。然而,对那犯过罪后真切生起悔恨(anutāpa)之人,唯有一种至上赎罪:忆念哈利(Hari,即毗湿奴)。 ”
