जठरे ऽग्निः स्वधा स्वेदे वग्जिह्वायां जवे ऽनिलः पृष्ठतो नाकपृष्ठस्तु खुराग्रे सर्वपर्वताः

jaṭhare 'gniḥ svadhā svede vagjihvāyāṃ jave 'nilaḥ pṛṣṭhato nākapṛṣṭhastu khurāgre sarvaparvatāḥ

应观想阿耆尼(Agni)住于腹中;斯瓦达(Svadhā)在汗液之中;语神瓦克(Vāk,言语)在舌上;风神阿尼罗(Anila)在迅捷之中。其后为“那迦普利什塔”(nāka-pṛṣṭha,天之背);而蹄尖之处具一切群山。
