Related Themes: Agni Purana 282 (Dagdha-vrana and ropana upakrama)
Ayurvedic wound-care: topical application (lepa) of fire-processed gourd pulp mixed with milk, and therapeutic irrigation (seka) using coconut powder/pollen combined with ghee.
It preserves practical clinical procedures (lepa and seka) and materia medica (kumbhī, milk, coconut, ghee), showing the text’s coverage beyond theology into applied Ayurveda and household therapeutics.
While primarily medical, such healing instructions are framed as dharmic preservation of life and wellbeing—supporting bodily purity and capacity for ritual duty (svadharma) by restoring health.
