प्रणवं हृदयं पूर्वं परायेति शिरः शिखा नाम्नात्मना तु कवचं अस्त्रं नामान्तकं भवेत्

praṇavaṃ hṛdayaṃ pūrvaṃ parāyeti śiraḥ śikhā nāmnātmanā tu kavacaṃ astraṃ nāmāntakaṃ bhavet
