Transliteration

śrāvaṇe śuddhapakṣasya yā tithiḥ pañcamī bhavet | tasyāmatra prakartavyo nāgānuddiśya yatnataḥ

Translation

Vào tháng Śrāvaṇa, trong nửa tháng sáng, đến ngày trăng thứ năm (pañcamī), tại nơi này phải cẩn trọng làm nghi lễ hướng về các Nāga.
