Transliteration

ityuktastaistadā viṣṇurdaityamāhūya saṃyuge | tāḍayāmāsa taṃ daityaṃ hṛdi pādukayā śubhe

Translation

Được họ thưa như vậy, Đức Viṣṇu liền triệu gọi Daitya ra chiến trận và dùng đôi dép thiêng cát tường (pādukā) đánh thẳng vào ngực tên quỷ ấy.
