उपवासैर्व्रतैः कृत्स्नैश्चांद्रायणशतैस्तथा । षड्रात्रैश्च त्रिरात्रैश्च तीर्थादिगमनैः परैः

Transliteration

upavāsairvrataiḥ kṛtsnaiścāṃdrāyaṇaśataistathā | ṣaḍrātraiśca trirātraiśca tīrthādigamanaiḥ paraiḥ

Translation

Dẫu bằng chay tịnh và trọn vẹn các giới nguyện, dẫu bằng hàng trăm phép sám hối Cāndrāyaṇa, bằng hạnh nguyện sáu đêm hay ba đêm, hoặc bằng những cuộc hành hương thù thắng đến các thánh địa (tīrtha) và tương tự—cảnh giới tối thượng ấy cũng chẳng dễ đạt được.
